WHO WE ARE?

Bayit Balev is a nationwide chain, part of Maccabi Healthcare Services group, operating 4 medical centers specializing in rehabilitation, geriatric care, and long-term hospitalization, alongside 6 retirement residences. We provide approximately 20% of geriatric services in Israel, but we're more than care providers — we're pioneers in innovation for the elderly. Our chain runs a Research and Innovation Hub dedicated to developing practical solutions and implementing advanced technologies to address the evolving challenges of aging.

We tackle healthcare challenges: aging population, the burden of chronic diseases, shortage of medical professionals, and ongoing burnout. These challenges demand innovative solutions, which is why every day we evaluate, develop, and implement tools aimed at improving efficiency, supporting care teams, and enhancing health outcomes for seniors. Bayit Balev also serves as a clinical training site for students from various health professions, in collaboration with numerous academic institutions, and is recognized for geriatric medical specialization by the Scientific Council of the Israel Medical Association.
